Responsibilities of Registered Nurse MS/Tele

• Assess patients medical conditions formulate nursing diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients vital signs and telemetry readings interpreting and responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications treatments procedures and selfcare techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
• Document assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions following established protocols.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients families and staff members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture of professionalism teamwork and continuous learning.

Requirements for Registered Nurse MS/Tele

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of state name.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Minimum of X years of clinical experience in an acute care setting preferably in medicalsurgical and telemetry units.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications such as PALS and TNCC preferred.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
• Strong critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and evidencebased practice.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand walk and move freely throughout the workday.
• Capable of lifting and transferring patients with assistance as needed.
• Visual and auditory acuity to assess patient condition and respond to alarms.
• Manual dexterity to perform nursing procedures and administer medications.

Working Conditions:

• Rotating shifts including days evenings nights weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to infectious diseases bodily fluids and hazardous materials.
