Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRPEP-licensed architect category A-B to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in architectural design, and project management, and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards. As a CRPEP-licensed architect, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing architectural projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering innovative, sustainable designs.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Utilize design software ArchiCAD to create detailed and innovative architectural plans.

• Project Management:

• Manage multiple architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in all architectural designs.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and incorporate them into project planning and execution.

• Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Present architectural designs and concepts to clients clearly and compellingly.

• Ethical and Professional Conduct:

• Uphold and promote ethical standards and professional conduct in line with CRPEP guidelines.
• Foster a culture of integrity and transparency within the architectural practice.

• Innovation and Creativity:

• Bring innovative thinking to architectural design, incorporating sustainable and energy-efficient principles.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the field of architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid CRPEP license in the Architectural category A-B
• 4+ years of post-licensure experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in architectural design software ArchiCAD.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
