Responsibilities:

Perform various massage techniques including Swedish deep tissue sports and prenatal to address clients specific needs and preferences

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all equipment and supplies are sanitized and in good working condition

Conduct client consultations to determine their specific concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan

Keep accurate records of client information treatment plans and progress notes

Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide selfcare tips for athome maintenance

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as chiropractors and physical therapists to provide comprehensive care for clients

Continuously expand knowledge and skills through attending workshops seminars and other educational opportunities

Adhere to all company policies and procedures including maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Valid state license to practice massage therapy

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist

Proficient in various massage techniques and modalities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Strong time management and organizational skills

Professional and empathetic demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records preferred
