Creative Lead

Summary:

As the Creative Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is perceived by our audience. You will be responsible for overseeing the visual identity user interface (UI) website app key marketing material and overall aesthetic of our website and app. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating compelling user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the brands visual identity across all digital platforms.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into engaging visual concepts.

Conceptualize and design user interfaces for our website and app ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in design UI/UX and digital branding.

Provide creative direction and feedback to designers and other team members to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of the website and app to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Digital Design or a related field from a reputable university.

Proven experience as a creative lead or similar role preferably in a digital agency or technology company.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and projects related to branding UI/UX and digital marketing.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) and Sketch.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideaseffectively.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
