What do we do We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing longhauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other we are improving the standard of trucking.

Your Mission at Trucksters
As a Freight Forwarder at Trucksters your primary mission will be to spearhead the search for carriers partners in Europe to transport our loads efficiently. Youll play a pivotal role in our Flex team contributing to growth operational excellence and financial sustainability within the dynamic freight forwarding market. Your expertise will ensure the smooth process of load discovery execution and successful closure fostering collaboration and innovation within the team. Having contacts in the industry will be a significant advantage in achieving our goals.
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
- Communicating with our network and carrier partners across Europe.
- Operate Customer Service based on daytoday operations.
- Contribute to the establishment of processes and tools aimed at facilitating team growth and achieving commendable outcomes.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient allocation of resources and the smooth execution of load tasks.
- Develop and sustain a solid grasp of industry trends and emerging possibilities.
- Utilize datadriven findings to prioritize tasks and set the teams direction.
- Cultivate a cooperative team environment that prioritizes outcomes empowering team members to excel.
- Offer guidance mentorship and growth prospects to enhance the skills of team members.
- Cultivate a culture of responsibility continuous enhancement and adaptability.
- Advocate for client perspectives ensuring our services consistently meet and surpass their expectations.
- Gather client feedback and insights to lead improvements that cater to evolving market demands.
Our ideal candidate profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the freight forwarding industry.
- High competency in handling Road cargo shipments.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- A third language:PolishGerman Italian andFrench will be a plus.
- Capable of effectively organizing and aligning a commercial team promoting adherence to processes and tools to achieve targets.
- ResultsFocused: Emphasis on achieving meaningful outcomes rather than merely delivering tasks devoid of impact.
- Proficient at collaborating with various departments prioritizing the companys overall success and addressing conflicts constructively to prevent departmental divisions.
- Skilled in methodically breaking down problems identifying necessary analyses to validate hypotheses and conducting efficient datadriven investigations to reach informed conclusions.
- Skillful at selforganization and task prioritization ensuring timely completion of required actions.
- Actively engages in and comprehends conversations seeking clarifications when needed.
- Eager to utilize Looker Studio Tableau Power BI and similar BI tools.
