Marketing Coordinator

Tasks

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the companys real estate services on social media platforms.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media such as Instagram Facebook and Tiktok.
• Create content for marketing materials such as brochures website and advertisements.
• Organize various projects events and open houses.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Background and experience in marketing communications or related field
• Knowledge in graphic design and branding
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
