Job Purpose
Support and copartner with the sales team to underwrite Construction Finance business and manage the portfolio for the assigned area.
Responsibilities
o Manage credit underwriting function for corporate realty and funding group business for the assigned portfolio.
o Conduct periodic review of all existing policies guidelines and processes to ensure updation on lines of external environment organisation needs and regulatory framework
o Evaluate the financial status of the borrower & assess the credit worthiness of the companies by analysing financial data like balance sheet profit and loss account cash flow statements and annual reports for credit decision purpose.
o Analyze the legal compliance and marketriskrelated issues involved in the lending process.
o Ensure collection of post disbursal docs & reduction in partly disbursed cases.
o Approve all disbursement requests on the basis of achieved adherence to requirements on Loan To Value (LTV) agreement value full documentation attainment at the branch level.
o Manage credit buying process which monitors turnarounds approvals review of samples including quality checks on process.
o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes policies and reports as per company designed systems
Candidate Profile
CA or MBA( Finance) with 3 years relevant Credit experience in Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance
