Our commitment to sustainable and efficient operations makes us a trusted partner in the industry We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth within the Energy and Industrial Markets division at Mannai Corporation. This role demands a strategic approach to developing new business opportunities and expanding our company’s reach and reputation through effective relationships and market strategies. Location: Qatar Minimum Qualifications: • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. • Foster relationships with diverse clients and consultants to secure product approvals and vendor listings. • Continuously assess the market to develop and adjust the product portfolio to meet evolving needs and trends. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meticulous industry research and strategic networking. • Analyze potential business deals, focusing on strategic alignment, requirements, and financial implications. • Negotiate and close new business deals by coordinating with business segment heads, sales teams, and E&IM Management. • Lead and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and market engagement. Skills Desired: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field. • At least 6-10 years of professional experience, ideally within the construction market industry or a related sector. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage key relationships. • Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously. • In-depth knowledge of the GCC and local markets, with a track record of effective market penetration and brand development.
