The Rehab Exchange (TRE) is ready to offer you a remote opportunity. We provide nationwide employment opportunities for healthcare professionals specializing in Nursing Therapy and home health care. Currently we are looking for motivated Recruiters to join our team!
Compensation: $Base Pay uncapped commissions
Please note: this is a 1099 subcontractor position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Source potential qualified candidates including identifying screening and selecting candidates through various candidate sources including job boards
Assess and select candidates that meet client needs
Determine wage rates for candidates within client contractual guidelines
Remove poor performing candidates from assignments (or effectively recommend such removal)
Resolve any issues between candidates and client including escalation of issues as needed to appropriate client and TRE leadership
Retain successful candidates by positive interactions/contact through phone email texting software social media etc. among other things
Consistently manage relationship from the beginning of the recruitment process throughout the candidate s assignment
Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Director to maintain a viable candidate pipeline
Required Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Education Human Resources Business Communications Psychology or similar discipline OR Equivalent Experience (minimum 1 or more years of experience in the field)
