Handle onboarding and off-boarding processes in KSA, and provide the orientation to the new joiners and the exit interviews to the leavers.
Maintain internal HR System and ensure employee-related data accuracy.
Develop the HR manual and policies and procedures for the company in KSA.
Manage the HR related system (GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, MOL Abshar, MOFA, etc.) in KSA.
Support the Saudization management in KSA, monitoring the Saudization rate.
Work with the HR services suppliers to perform in the agreed SLA and employee satisfaction rate.
