Under the supervision of the Cath Lab Manager Cardiologist Electrophysiologist and Vascular surgeon The Cardiac Interventional Radiology Technologist operates radiographic equipment to obtain radiographic images of designated portions of the body to include cardiovascular peripheral endovascular and neurological systems. Performs all phases of cardiac peripheral vascular and neurointerventional to patients in Cardiac Cath Lab in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the values and mission of the organization.

Must Haves:

• Completion of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist training program.
  Approved RCIS training program; or
  Cath Lab specific onthejob training
• California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist Radiography American Registry of
• Radiologic Technologists within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Technologist CardiacInterventional Radiography within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Technologist CardiovascularInterventional
• Radiography within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Technologist VascularInterventional Radiography within 1 year of hire; or
• National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Cardiovascular Credentialing International within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 1 year Cath Lab/IR Experience.

• Fluoroscopy License Certified by the State of California upon hire
