Shift Notes: Variable Shifts: 7a3p 7.30a3.30p 8.30a4.30p and/or 2.30p10.30p 40hrs scheduled 30hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: TBD including holiday rotation if scheduled

** Negative 14 panel (10 panel expanded) MUST include and list out all of the following: Amphetamines (including methamphetamine MDMA MDA) Barbiturates Benzodiazepines Cocaine Metabolite Opiates (including codeine morphine oxycodone oxymorphone hydrocodone hydromorphone) Phencyclidine Methadone Methaqualone Propoxyphene Buprenorphine and 6Acetylmorphine (MUST be listed on all results).

• Min. 1year XRay experience;
• Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
• NYS license & ARRT (R)
• Cerner EMR
• Mckesson PACS experience encouraged

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License ARRT and BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)
