Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated GermanSpeaking Sales Specialist to spearhead our sales efforts in the dynamic German market. In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating leads conducting effective cold calls and ultimately closing deals with potential clients. As a key member of our sales team you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect and generate leads through a variety of channels including cold calling email outreach and social media engagement.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients introducing them to our comprehensive suite of HR services and solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular followups and personalized engagement strategies.
• Identify and understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients and tailor our offerings to address their specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics with the goal of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities including calls meetings and deals closed utilizing our CRM system.
• Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking and enhance our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of success in sales with previous experience in selling HR services or related products highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in cold calling and lead generation with a strong ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Resultsoriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
