Thriving on a spirit of enterprise,each of our joint ventures is underpinned by transparency. ads1 Job Responsibilities : • Direct staff capabilitydevelopment and operational excellence in the Fire and EmergencyResponse services. • Manage the fire protection andassurance processes in RLC, MIC, DCA and Halul. • Directthe implementation of an integrated approach for emergency responseplanning in QatarEnergy and other Asset Operators to ensureprotection of people, assets, environment and operations. JobRequirements : • Proven experience in executing majorperformance improvement programs. • Ability to deal withsenior management inside QatarEnergy and external stakeholders. • Strong leadership, management, decision making,networking and influencing skills. • Excellentcommunication skills in English and preferably Arabic. • At least 20 years of experience in HSE role with 10 years in FireProtection / Emergency Response in the oil and gas industry. • Experience in multinational oil and gas companies highlydesirable.
