Location: Qatar, UAE & Saudi Arabia Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in events, exhibitions, and fitout services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen combined with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the events and exhibitions industry. This role will involve driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities in events, exhibitions, and fit out sectors. • Identifying and qualifying leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts. • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for event setup, exhibition stands and fit out projects. • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches that effectively showcase our services and solutions to prospective clients. • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and project management, to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects. • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting their budgetary and timeline requirements. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions progress using CRM software. • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. • Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and build relationships within the events and exhibitions community. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Engineering will be an added value. • Proven experience in sales roles within events, exhibitions, or fit out industries, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for a duration of 2 to 3 years • Strong understanding of event planning processes, exhibition design principles, and fit out project management. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to driving business growth.
