Customer Service RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to social media comments, direct messages, SMS, and emails in a professional and fluent manner.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform accurate data entry tasks and prepare reports as required, contributing to the efficiency of operations.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out various administrative tasks to assist in the smooth running of the telehealth service.
  • Operational Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability by taking on miscellaneous operational tasks as needed, showcasing an ability to fit into the team and contribute to its success.
  • Quality Communication: Maintain impeccable written English in all customer interactions, ensuring clear, concise, and compassionate communication.

  • Enhanced Customer Engagement: Achieve high levels of satisfaction through timely and effective responses to inquiries and comments.
  • Operational Efficiency: Contribute to the smooth operation of the service through diligent completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in handling social media, email, and SMS communications.
  • A dynamic personality with the capacity to take on a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Wednesday to Sunday).
