- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in mortgage and financing operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters, ensuring awareness of regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, changes in laws, and best practices to adapt compliance programs accordingly.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, documentation, and filings as required by governing bodies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, audits, and inquiries related to compliance matters.
