Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Position Summary:The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in championing quality across our organization. You will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies methodologies and processes to ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in quality assurance to drive innovation mentor junior team members and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software functionality performance and reliability.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers providing guidance training and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline testing workflows and increase productivity.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay uptodate with industry best practices emerging trends and new technologies in quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles with a proven track record of designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium Appium or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for guiding and developing team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with crossfunctional teams.
