Senior Frontend Developer

Position Summary:The Senior Frontend Developer will play a pivotal role in leading the design development and implementation of frontend solutions for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with our team of designers backend developers and product managers to translate design concepts into functional and responsive user interfaces. This role requires deep expertise in frontend technologies a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to mentor and coach junior developers. The ideal candidate is a creative problemsolver with a passion for frontend development and a track record of delivering highquality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of frontend components and user interfaces for web applications ensuring optimal performance usability and accessibility.
• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
• Collaborate with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Mentor and coach junior developers providing guidance support and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Conduct code reviews testing and debugging to ensure the quality reliability and performance of frontend components.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve our development process.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements scope and timelines and ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in frontend development roles with a strong portfolio of web applications and user interfaces.
• Expertise in frontend technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript as well as modern JavaScript frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design patterns with a focus on creating intuitive and userfriendly interfaces.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and mobilefirst development approaches.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of leading frontend development efforts and mentoring junior developers.
