Leading manufacturing group are seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to work at their corporate offices in Mobeni.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Order processing and order confirmations!
2. Preparation of documentation for customers e.g. Proforma invoices and Sales Orders Reports
3. Order tracking and order book control.
4. Following up on all production orders making sure it is dispatched on time.
5. Daily Distribution Plan information preparation
6. Preparation and control of stock replenishment models
7. Processing documents for border entry.
8. Compiling border documents for transporter
9. Compiling documents for credits
10. Perform any adhoc tasks which may arise.
11. Giving reps updates as and when required
12. Ensuring pricing is correct.
13. Assisting with stock takes
14. Month end consignment stock sheets from Clients
15. Compiling Daily Stock Sheet
16. Compiling weekly plans for production as per clients due dates/ priority orders for the CSA
17. Ensuring Sales figures are met.
18. Interfacing with customers regarding order book issues
19. Interfacing with the Order Fulfilment team regarding the achievement of customer service levels
REQUIREMENTS
1. Grade 12
2. Sales//Supply Chain Diploma will be an advantage.
3. Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
4. 3 years previous experience in customer care and customer services5. A working knowledge of (Sage/JDE/SAP) Systems within the Sales and Marketing Modules
