About the company:

Our client specializes in designing and creating virtual gamification products and solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the best games in the industry with comprehensive research
    methodology and reporting findings to the team.
  • Conceptualizing unique and engaging game concepts that can achieve
    stakeholders objectives without compromising on fun.
  • Developing effective game design strategies to attract a hyper casual audience by applying gamer psychology and humancentered design principles.
  • Performing extensive playtesting at all stages of planning in order to finetune game mechanics balance game economies and observe player behaviors.
  • Working with developers copywriters UI/UX designers and other stakeholders to produce high quality games.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience or knowledge and interest psychology and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of gamer psychology motivations and/or behavioral science.
  • The ability to translate this knowledge into effective monetization methodology.
  • Knowledge of industrystandard bestpractices to research and analyze games.
  • The ability to synthesize said research into game design insights.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in user experience design would be a plus.
