About the Role:As a Store Manager at Detail Garage youll play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations and creating exceptional brand experiences. From delivering excellent customer service to managing daily operations inventory and team training youll be at the forefront of our success. Were seeking an effective leader with excellent communication skills strong decisionmaking abilities and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge.
• Drive sales objectives and build brand awareness through marketing and social media.
• Hire onboard and train new employees.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers associates and corporate partners.
• Support company initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prioritize tasks with attention to detail and a customerfirst focus.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure loss prevention and safeguarding of confidential information.

What Youll Need:

• 35 years of supervisory experience in retail or servicerelated industry.
• Outgoing personality and ability to engage with others.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and train employees.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong personal leadership skills and desire to succeed.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Schedule flexibility including nights weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $20.00 $24.00 per hour
