About the Role:As a key player in our team youll spearhead the development and implementation of Chemical Guys product innovation and marketing strategy. From conducting consumer and market insights to managing channel management and pricing youll be at the forefront of shaping our product portfolio and driving business growth. Were seeking someone with strong analytical skills experience in product planning and a passion for putting the consumer first.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and drive competitive strategic and tactical activities.
• Develop strategies and new product launches.
• Define new products and changes to the portfolio.
• Support product development cycle from concept to launch.
• Optimize promotional and merchandizing strategy.
• Ensure product compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Analyze market consumer and customer data.
• Provide product analysis and presentations.
• Serve as a product/technical support resource.

First Year Deliverables:

• Integrate into Chemical Guys product development process.
• Lead product development of new introductions.
• Own assigned product portfolios.

What Youll Need:

• 2 years in consumer goods industry.
• Comfortable in highvolume environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in product development and market analysis.
• Ability to relocate to Torrance CA.

Pay: $65000.00 $80000.00 per year
