What Youll Do:As a Store Manager at Detail Garage youll lead by example exceeding customer expectations and championing our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Building brand awareness through marketing and social media.
• Hiring onboarding and training new team members.
• Overseeing inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supporting company initiatives while upholding policies and procedures.
• Maintaining merchandise presentation standards and preventing loss.

What Youll Need:

• 35 years of supervisory experience in retail or servicerelated industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and train others effectively.
• Exceptional customer service and leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
