What Will You DoAs our Demand Planner youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop forecasts and demand plans that maximize Chemical Guys brand awareness and drive sales across DirectToConsumer Online Marketplace and Wholesale channels. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing customer item forecasts using statistical methods and datadriven insights.
• Assisting in implementing the Oracle Cloud Demand Planning module and refining planning processes.
• Analyzing factors impacting demand and building statistical models to quantify the business environment.
• Managing demand forecasts based on trends seasonality promotions and channel inventory.
• Leading discussions with Sales and Finance to develop consensus forecast outlooks.
• Driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias.

What Will You Need

• Experience: 57 years of Demand Planning experience in an omnichannel environment.
• Knowledge: Functional understanding of forecasting principles within demand planning.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and forecasting skills advanced Excel proficiency.
• Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative working relationships.
• Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: Experience with supplier portals like Amazon Vendor Central Retail Link and Oracle Cloud.
