Position Overview:

As a DutchSpeaking Travel Agent youll be responsible for assisting Dutchspeaking clients with their travel plans and inquiries. Whether its booking flights hotels or tours youll use your expertise and customer service skills to ensure that each clients travel experience exceeds their expectations. While prior experience in the travel industry is beneficial we welcome individuals who are enthusiastic and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Dutchspeaking clients with booking flights hotels car rentals and other travelrelated services.
• Provide personalized recommendations and travel advice based on clients preferences and budget.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay uptodate on travel trends destination information and industry updates to provide accurate and relevant assistance to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized assistance.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
