We are a leading provider of CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) services with a rich legacy spanning over four decades. Our expertise lies in offering comprehensive solutions in cell culture leveraging stateoftheart perfusion and hollowfiber bioreactors to cater to global clientele.

Overview:
As a Scientist in our Cell Line Development department you will play a pivotal role in advancing our CDMO offerings. Reporting directly to the President of the division you will spearhead the development and characterization of mammalian cell lines alongside ancillary assays crucial for our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and characterization of mammalian cell lines ensuring adherence to highest quality standards.
Conduct assays to validate the efficacy and reliability of newly developed cell lines.
Prepare documentation in compliance with regulatory standards (GxP) ensuring meticulous recordkeeping.
Provide insights into equipment and personnel requirements for seamless project execution.
Mentor junior staff members facilitating their professional growth.
Collaborate closely with external clients offering technical support and fostering strong relationships.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum of 25 years’ experience in cell line development with a proven track record of success.
Nextgen sequencing experience
Indepth knowledge of various mammalian cell line platforms including ESCs iPSCs primary cells progenitors and immortalized cell lines.
Extensive experience in a contract research organization (CRO) environment operating within GxP guidelines.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
