Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Talent Management Consultant specifically within Succession Planning Talent Review and Talent Profile to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions focused on succession planning talent review and talent profile management for our clients. This position is clientfacing and requires strong advisory skills to guide clients through the implementation process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with a focus on succession planning talent review and talent profile management preferably in a clientfacing role.
- Indepth understanding of succession planning talent review and talent profile management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to succession planning talent review and talent profile management.
- Strong project management skills
- Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud) are a plus.
