Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Talent Management Consultant specifically within Succession Planning Talent Review and Talent Profile to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions focused on succession planning talent review and talent profile management for our clients. This position is clientfacing and requires strong advisory skills to guide clients through the implementation process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and workshops to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients on best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation in the areas of succession planning talent review and talent profile management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
  • Develop project plans timelines and milestones and effectively manage project resources to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to succession planning talent review and talent profile management to align with clientspecific requirements.
  • Customize solutions as necessary to accommodate unique business processes and workflows.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality and integrity of the implemented solutions.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with a focus on succession planning talent review and talent profile management preferably in a clientfacing role.
    • Indepth understanding of succession planning talent review and talent profile management processes and best practices.
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to succession planning talent review and talent profile management.
    • Strong project management skills
    • Oracle certifications (e.g. Oracle HCM Cloud) are a plus.
