Job role: SAP HCM Project manager

Location : initial remote

JOb description :

Project Planning involves developing detailed project plans work breakdown structures timelines and resource allocation strategies often using tools like Microsoft Project.

Stakeholder Management involves collaborating with business stakeholders HR leadership IT teams consultants and vendors to identify requirements communicate progress and address challenges.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Translate business needs into functional SAP HCM specifications and ensure the solution design aligns with the intended goals.

System Configuration and Testing: Overseeing the configuration of SAP HCM modules (Payroll Time Management Organizational Management etc.) and ensuring the solution is thoroughly tested for functionality and integration.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks keep the project on track and escalate issues when necessary.

Change Management involves facilitating user adoption by developing training plans communication materials and support structures for a smooth transition.

GoLive and PostImplementation Support: Leading the deployment to the production environment and providing ongoing support for stabilization.

Essential Skills for an SAP HCM Project Manager

Deep SAP HCM Expertise: Indepth knowledge of SAP HCM modules functionalities and configuration best practices.

Project Management Proficiency: Experience applying project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile etc.) and a strong understanding of project management principles.

Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

ProblemSolving Mindset: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address issues and keep the project moving forward.
