Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer 3

Location: Mossville IL

Job Description:

• Provide manufacturing solutions to the assembly and disassembly of engines
• Develop and implement assembly processes in line with standard processes
• Provide analysis to drive to root cause and/or determine improvements and lead projects to develop and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot daytoday issues develops solutions and monitors improvements
• Procure material related to manufacturing improvements through external suppliers
• Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements
• Improve Value Stream metrics by defining and implementing process improvement activities

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology. Any amount of experience will be considered with a Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study.
• Will accept nondegree candidates must have engine experience with 5 years related experience. H.S. Diploma and GED candidates will be considered.

Technical Skills (Required):

• Design experience (Creo preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Excel Word etc.) (Desired)
• Engine or testing experience
