Family Finance Solicitor 5-8 PQE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family cases including both litigated and nonlitigated matters with a focus on family finance work.
  
• Provide clients with effective and professional legal advice maintaining high standards of communication and client care.
  
• Handle finance matters such as financial remedy and TOLATA demonstrating proficiency and expertise in these areas.
  
• Employ proactive case management and creative problemsolving techniques to ensure the best interests of clients are served.
  
• Exercise professional judgment in seeking guidance or researching solutions to complex legal issues.
  
• Meet or exceed individual billing and time recording targets maintaining financial control of own ledgers.
  
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to contribute to the growth of the family department and promote the firms services.
  
• Engage with local groups and societies as well as independent networking and business development activities to further enhance the firms reputation and client base.
  

Requirements

• 58 years PQE in providing expert family advice and litigation with a focus on family finance work.
  
• Confident communicator with excellent relationshipbuilding skills.
  
• Ability to quickly establish strong and productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  
• Independent work ethic with the capacity to work autonomously.
  
• Membership of Resolution is desirable.
