Position Overview:We are in search of a proficient Italian Video Game Moderator to become a valuable addition to our dynamic Sofia team. In this role you will assume a pivotal responsibility in ensuring the authenticity and positivity of our gaming platforms through content moderation and community engagement. If you possess a passion for gaming and are fluent in Italian this role offers an exciting opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Moderation: Your primary duty will involve meticulously reviewing and moderating usergenerated content specifically related to video games to uphold platform guidelines and standards.
2. Language Support: Providing comprehensive language assistance in Italian you will address user inquiries feedback and reports promptly and accurately to elevate the overall user experience.
3. Community Engagement: Engage with users in Italian to foster a sense of community addressing concerns answering queries and promoting positive interactions within the gaming community.
4. Policy Enforcement: Uphold platform policies and terms of service in Italian to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming environment enforcing community standards and ethical conduct among users.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits and checks to ensure content compliance with regulatory requirements and industry norms maintaining the platforms credibility and reliability.
6. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams such as Customer Support Product Development and Legal to address user issues and implement enhancements to the platform.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of content moderation activities including incident reports user communications and policy updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

• Essential fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English at least B2 level is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Genuine passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming culture and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
