Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Duties:
Lead the recruitment process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment
Oversee payroll and benefits administration using Paychex or similar software
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Utilize social media platforms for employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
Collaborate with managers to create succession plans and identify potential leaders within the organization
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in HR management
Assist with other HRrelated tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in HR roles preferably in a leadership position
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR software such as Workday or similar systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
