Senior Electrical Engineer - YAC

We require a Senior Electrical Engineer to design develop or supervise the installation of electrical equipment components or systems for commercial industrial or utility use.

Description:

Confer with engineers customers and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.

Design implement and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial industrial and utility purposes.

Extensive knowledge of CAD MS office etc.

Direct and coordinate construction installation maintenance support documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications codes and customer requirements.

Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications.

Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and/or the solicitations of labor.

Supervise and train project team members as necessary.

Oversee ongoing works to assure projects are completed satisfactorily on time and within budget.

Prepare and study technical drawings specifications of electrical systems and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.

Investigate customer complaints determine the nature and extent of the problem and recommend remedial measures.

Develop budgets estimated labor estimated materials and costs.

Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.

Conduct field surveys and study maps graphs diagrams and other data to identify project requirements.

Maintain a high level of integrity and discipline with a strong work ethic.

Wellorganized and able to work under deadlines.

Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain policies and procedures.

Strong cost reporting skills and techniques.

Experience in the identification monitoring and reporting of project risks.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.

6 years experience in electrical engineering or a related field.

Should possess an EWA HV Engineering License.

Strong command in English.
