As part of its expansion in Saudi Arabia ALTIOS is seeking a Business Development Manager in Riyadh. Reporting to the Middle East Manager this new talent will support commercial development initiatives and engage with the ALTIOS ecosystem.

Missions

As Business Development Manager you support the development of Saudi Arabia by attracting foreign investment.

With excellent interpersonal skills you build relationships with the local ecosystem and in particular with key players in Saudi development such as government institutions and development agencies. Your commercial skills enable you to set up framework contracts with these development organizations.

As coordinator you are the orchestra conductor for development projects in Saudi Arabia working hand in hand with the entire network of ALTIOS Sales Representatives in 22 countries to promote Saudi Arabia.

You take part in international trade shows and organize the visit of foreign company delegations to Saudi Arabia.

Finally as the first ALTIOS business developer in the region you have a real entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated by the idea of starting up from scratch.

Profile

With a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business you have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in B2B service sales with a strong inclination towards international business. If possible you have already worked with Saudi institutions.

You are fluent in Arabic and English (proficiency in another language is a plus).

Comfortable with networking and partner engagement you are naturally curious.

Your prospecting ability facilitated by your interpersonal skills and attentive listening allows you to establish and maintain strong relationships with your ecosystem (key stakeholders and government agencies).
