Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the target market.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Understand clients business goals challenges and advertising needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized media plans that align with their objectives and budget.
  • Present proposals and pitch creative advertising solutions.
  • Negotiate terms pricing and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the agency representing its values and offerings professionally and positively in all interactions.


Key Competencies

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to commute to Saudi Arabia (Alkhobar Dammam) for client meetings.
  • Strong Arabic language verbal and writing.
  • 12 years experience in sales (preferably within the media or advertising industry).
  • Good understanding of media planning buying and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficiency in using software and other sales tools.
