Join our ServicesEMEA team within Services division in Saudi Arabia as Procurement Officer to help us take Procurement to the next level.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Make professional decisions in a fastpaced environment.
• Maintain records of purchases pricing and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers supply and price options.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment services and supplies.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications delivery times and potential future development.
• Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.
• Plan initiate and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of important procurement & logistics activities.
• Participate and actively support company initiatives.
• Familiar with the environmental aspects and impacts of the activities and processes involved in the role and the procedures practices and measures to manage the impact.
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role procedures practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• 3 Years of Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain is preferred. Oil & gas experience is preferred.

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management business administration accounting or Engineering.

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.

• Excellent communication skills

• Good level of initiative and result orientation
