Excellent communicator be able to ensure our shipments are delivered as planned in close collaboration with all stakeholders

Have experience with international complex industrial projects from being stationed abroad

Be independent qualityminded and have a structured approach to tasks

Be able to maintain a solid overview even when the pace is high and the deadlines are pushing hard as you juggle many tasks concurrently in a job with many interfaces

Thrive working in an international environment and with international project teams across countries

Monitor supply chains and shipments.

Engage in regular communication with clients.

Ensure timely schedules for client orders.

Maintain accurate and consistent records.

Address errors to promote client satisfaction.

Manage inventory databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• 1 Experience in freight
