Exports Coordinator - Qatar Detergent Company

Coordinate and oversee export shipments via shipping air transport and land transport ensuring timely delivery to international destinations.

Liaise with freight forwarders shipping lines airlines trucking companies and other service providers to arrange transportation for export consignments.

Ensure compliance with export regulations customs requirements and international trade laws for each mode of transportation.

Manage the preparation and review of export documentation including commercial invoices packing lists certificates of origin export licenses and other relevant paperwork.

Coordinate customs clearance processes for export shipments working closely with customs brokers and agents to facilitate smooth clearance and release of goods.

Communicate with customers overseas agents and internal stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status address inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Monitor shipment schedules transit times and transportation costs to optimize routing and minimize delays and expenses.

Maintain accurate records of export transactions shipping documents and transportation activities for auditing and reporting purposes.

Stay informed about changes in export regulations transportation trends and industry best practices and ensure compliance with updated requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in export coordination and transportation logistics.

Provide guidance and support to staff members involved in the export process including training on documentation requirements and procedures.

Pay: QAR2500.00 QAR4000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
