Job Brief
Marketing Communications responsibilities include distributing promotional material corresponding to customers queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events. Markets products by developing and implementing marketing branding and advertising campaigns manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Promotes our products and services during events.
Advertise our company and products / services on various medial and manage our social media platforms
Plan interviews and press conferences
Produce marketing copy for our website
Craft and send regular newsletter with company updates.
Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industryrelated topics.
Monitor corporate website and social medical pages and address clients queries.
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
Gather customer feedbacks to inform sales and product teams.
Review all advertising and marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget with uncompromising quality. This includes opening new projects concept development managing creative job list and final disposition of completed projects.
Oversees automated communication plan by developing and editing content scheduling activities overseeing design ensuring branding and compliance securing a delivery partner and creating and analyzing metric to assess effectiveness and return on investment.
Proofreads all marketing materials website content and publication for accuracy branding and compliance.
Provides research as needed for use in market studies project needs and marketing and advertising publications.
Creates and maintains the Marketing department storefront providing campuses access to approved marketing materials.
Process all invoices for internal and external vendors.
Coordinates digital signage messages for campuses and central administration
Performs other duties assigned.
Requirements
Proven work experience as Marketing Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
Handson experience with web content management tools example Word Press
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation skills
BSc in Marketing Communication Public Relations or relevant field.
35 years experience in marketing or relevant field.
