Visual Designer - Fathom Media

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 Years and Not more than 5 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced multimedia designer capable of working exceptionally in a team environment.They must be capable of problemsolving research & development.Able to bring design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals.They must be comfortable making decisions and managing junior designers have an eye for detail and be able to see whats happening at all production levels from start to finish.They must be able to work well on their own and possess good teamwork skills.Flexibility is needed due to the possibility of shifting priorities. They must have clear and concise communication abilities great time management skills and a constant flow of creative ideas to tell a story through visuals typography and media production.

Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee all design/media/marketing projects from conception to deliveryDesign original pieces including illustrations and infographicsReview junior designers work to ensure high qualityRefine images fonts and layouts using graphic design softwareApply typography techniquesGenerate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/servicesIncrease user friendliness in digital productsMaintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projectsLiaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are metStay uptodate with industry developments and tools

Qualifications and Skills: Proven work experience as a Senior Designer Graphic Designer or similar rolePortfolio of completed design projectsHandson experiences with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorProficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and Illustrator)Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors fonts and layoutsAttention to visual detailsAbility to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

• BSc degree in Design Visual Arts or relevant field
