Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the logistics sector;
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations and close partnership deals that align with OTOs objectives and growth strategies;
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales marketing and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives;
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors;
• Contract Management: Oversee the development and execution of partnership agreements ensuring compliance and mutual benefit;
• Delivery Company Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with existing partners ensuring satisfaction and exploring avenues for mutual growth.

Requirements:

For this role it is essential that have

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ecommerce logistics and retail industries
  
• Experience: Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the technology or ecommerce sector 3 Years Minimum
  
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and dealclosing abilities
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a crossfunctional team
  
Initiative: Proactive and selfdriven with the ability to work independently
