Flow Controls Hydrocarbon Industry BDM:

The primary role is to lead and develop FCV penetration within Hydrocarbon Industry in MEA. He/ She will work closely with the regional sales team application engineering team project pursuit team & industry solution group team to increase market participation and KOB 1/2/3 growth with focus on Hydrocarbon Industry and position FCV as the market leader in Hydrocarbon Industry segment. For clarity the Hydrocarbon Industry is inclusive of Upstream & Midstream Oil & Gas industry segments!

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Meet/Exceed the set sales targets for Hydrocarbon Industry business for MEA.
  • Define MEA Hydrocarbon Industry Growth Plan (KOB1 KOB2 & KOB3) for the business.
  • Followup Hydrocarbon industry market trends investments and communicate within organization.
  • Position FCV as the trusted advisor & market leader within MEA Hydrocarbon Producers.
  • Understand Hydrocarbon market and knowledgeable about the critical applications specific of this industry!
  • Understand customer needs in Hydrocarbon sector identify FCV solutions and customer value propositions on specific Hydrocarbon applications.
  • Coordinate with regional FCV sales organization in promoting and developing Hydrocarbon opportunities.
  • Develop report and achieve monthly Hydrocarbon POR in collaboration with regional sales organization.
  • Engage and own the solution selling opportunities for targeted severe service applications in Hydrocarbon Industries
  • Identify the key KPIs of customers in Hydrocarbon Industries around Sustainability/ emissions reduction initiatives and develop opportunities.
  • Find opportunities with customers/end users in Hydrocarbon Industries to build preference for Fisher products.
  • Coordinate with Emerson global offices (SD&S GIS) on new market trends needs and solutions.
  • Support MEA Sales Offices in optimizing the quote technically and commercially (Minimum Initial Bid)
  • Serve as a primary contact for needs related to technical and application aspects of sales pursuits within Hydrocarbon industry.
  • Provide technical training to internal and external audiences.
  • Complete reviews of customer specifications to prevent the implementation of competitor specific influences while also ensuring that International Standards are properly referenced.
  • Fulfil any other reasonable duties as requested.
  • Ensure compliance with Emerson ethics policy trade compliance policy business unit policy safety and quality program requirements.

Who you are

Availability for travels in MEA.

Experience in the Valve Industry.

For this Role You Will Need:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering /Commerce or equivalent

8 years minimum Hydrocarbon Industry knowledge.

12 years Sales / Business development experiences.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

56 years minimum experience on control valves business sizing/selection troubleshooting or maintenance/service is required.
