Sponsorships amp CSR Officer - Qatar Airways

About the role

As Sponsorships and CSR Officer you will be responsible to ensure that Sponsorship and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects are efficiently managed and delivered with the best possible returns for the brand through effective evaluation and implementation of activation/management plans

Accountabilities:

• Evaluate all potential Sponsorship and CSR opportunities/threats and provide recommendation.

• Ensure OR branding is prominent and consistent in all Sponsorship and CSR activities.

• Manage the Sponsorship and CSR request process ensuring that all requests are logged communicated to relevant internal/external stakeholders and response provided in a timely fashion.

• Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed sponsorships using departmental or industry best practices and techniques in order to make sound financial judgment of the return on objectives (ROO) of various initiatives.

• Effective project management of allocated sponsorship projects including both International and domestic activities through development and implementation of a suitable and effective activation plan.

• As/when required by Head of Department to manage special projects (such as organization of sponsorship related events take part in departments projectsprevious examples IATA AGM Organization of FCB vs.

• To ensure that sponsorship objectives/returns set for each initiative are diligently reviewed delivered and any required amendments are made efficiently as required to ensure effective achievement of the returns.

• 
  Responsible for effective coordination through implementation of plans with specified internal and external stakeholders involved with sponsorship related projects to ensure smooth communication flow and understanding on the requirements.

• Assists the Line Manager in the planning of the annual Sponsorships and CSR budget.

• Implement an effective execution plan with all involved internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with minimum of 3 years jobrelated experience

• Experience in managing and executing strategies

• Team management experience

• Strong product and brand experience

• Excellent project management skills

• Good presentation skills
