Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a shop helper! Your responsibilities will include various tasks related to the assembly maintenance and preparation of water tube and firetube boilers as well as economizers.
Other responsibilities include:
- Rolling tubes in water tube and firetube boilers
- Stabbing tubes in water and fire tubes
- Preparing and milling hog tubes for economizers
- Insulating fire and water tube boilers
- Painting preparation sanding and caulking tasks
- Hanging lagging and casing on water tube boilers
- Performing final assembly duties including installing corner trim and beauty rings
- Loading and shrinkwrapping all boilers and economizers
- Bolting economizers and operating saw equipment
- Ensuring proper fitup of economizers on water tubed boilers.
- Cleaning parts assisting with air tests and Installing ladders/platforms
