In this entrylevel role youll have the chance to learn and grow under the guidance of seasoned professionals acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for advancement to management positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn various staff functions including operations management perspectives and company rules and practices impacting each phase of business.
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management upon accepting the position.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and key trainers to monitor performance progress.
  • Observe experienced workers to understand methods procedures and standards necessary for departmental jobs.
  • Train in comparable department duties and processes for increased transferability between departments and enhanced promotional prospects.
  • Assist in multiple departments as needed including reporting data input presentation design strategy planning and customer service.
