Are you a skillful paralegal with real estate closing/escrow assistance experience

We are passionate about protecting our client s land and their business that s on it. Our Stuart law firm is small enough that everyone is a critical part of the team yet big enough to offer the security you want.
Work where you know the managing partner and have daily interaction with the clients we serve.
You must have at least four (4) years experience as a real estate closing/escrow experience with handling/processing real estate transactions from contract inception to closing.
To be a key player on the team you must be dependable punctual comfortable with technology and able to work independently with little supervision.
You meet deadlines with integrity and honesty.
You have an engaging way with clients and in addition to preparing and balancing CDs and settlement statements you are comfortable explaining them to clients lenders real estate agents and other parties.
Spanish language ability is required.
This position is a more than a job it s a career for the right candidate.
Salary range is $50000 $60000 plus bonus (commensurate with skill and experience) along with a benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance plans.
