Requirements
About the Role:
Were in search of a skilled and enthusiastic backend developer to join our vibrant and expanding IT Consulting Services company. As the lead developer of the project youll bear the responsibility of developing and sustaining highperforming scalable web applications utilising Node.js and Typescript. Collaborating closely with frontend developers designers and other engineers youll ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.
Your role will entail engaging directly with clients aiding in the refinement of tasks and features. Youll lend your expertise to the data team actively participating in the design of solutions for application features tied to data. Alongside these duties conducting code reviews within your team will be essential to maintain quality standards. Youll be integral in collaborating with the Head of Engineering providing valuable solutions and insights.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering; master s degree a plus.
- 8 years experience as a backend developer.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced querying
- Excellent familiarity of Relational and NoSQL databases and general ORM/Query Builders libraries.
- Experience with IDP and OAuth2 protocols (like AWS Cognito and Key Cloak).
- Solid experience designing API documentation using Swagger.
- Experience in developing/integrating with Web Services REST JSON is a must.
- Understanding of serverless architecture monoliths clean APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and Azure Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of Serverless Hexagonal and DDD software architectures and other design patterns.
- Excellent English communication abilities both written and vocal.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent skills with source control with Git and Git flow branching strategy.
Good to have:
- Programming language experience in OOP and strong typed languages.
- Working knowledge of agile approaches.
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Having an AWS Cloud certification is beneficial.

About the Role: As a front-end developer, you will produce scalable software solutions with a strong background in front-end development and a good understanding of the integration between front-end and back-end. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web applications. Required skills and qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar discipline is required for education. 5+ years of working experience with ReactJS. A strong foundation on JavaScript (ES6+, Promises). Knowledge of React Hooks (useState,useEffect,useLayoutEffect,useRef). Knowledge of custom react hooks and Context API. Knowledge of the mainstream libraries for data-fetching/forms and styling in React (E.g.: Styled Components, Tailwind, React-Query, react-hook-form). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to have: Knowledge of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) on tools like NextJS, Gatsby and Astro. Understanding of Software Patterns.
