- Maintains the integrity of data within the Catering Software system.
- Analyses and prepares the actual selling prices of all catering items for customer airlines. Includes feeding the necessary related information into the computer system after confirmation of price acceptance from the airlines. Ensures that all menu cycle changes are accurately recorded to match the airline schedules.
- Plans and prepares in advance the food cost consumption forecast after accurate analysis of all flights catering schedules and menus. Includes notifying all Sections concerned within the department of any related changes. Ensures that yield test reports are received on time from the Production section for accurate preparation of costing.
