We are looking for customer service representatives. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.

Our ideal candidate is

• Someone who loves to give and receive fantastic customer service we want you to treat every call email or social media post as an opportunity to delight our customers
• You will be answering inbound calls and chats from viewers who have either billing queries or technical issues related to the streaming service. You will also manage social media posts and emails about the same topics.

Required skills

• Fluent in Norwegian
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless viewer experience.
• Soft Skills advanced Active Listening and Engagement
• Confident adaptable and Empathetic
• Pleasant and positive attitude
